M3 Perfect miniSD + Passcard 3 = Online Play + Download and Play?

    I have a NDSLite with my new fancy M3 Perfect miniSD and the Passcard 3. Would I be able to play online with NintendoWifi? What about download and play for people who don't have the games?

    I've tried with my Sister's DS, but it hasn't worked. Any insight?

    you can play wifi.. you cannot do download play. since the security has been removed from the ROMs.. the other DS will have to have FlashMe firmware to be able to play download play
