There are too many differences to list. The MAC is only made by Apple, whereas the PC can be made by many different manufacturers. The Operating System is proprietary on both. You'll have a different look and feel for the desktop as well as the Windows. The main difference (in my opinion) is the availability of software. You can find just about any popular game or application that will by offered for Windows, but the Mac is limited in what's available. If you're wanting to do a lot of gaming, then you'll want a PC. If you mainly want to do video editing, then a Mac performs well in this area.
