MacBook as a 360 screen?

    i just got a macbook today and recall seeing someone use their macbook screen to play their xbox on the monitor. how do i go about doing this, and my macbook isnt a pro its just the standard macbook. in the video i seen he was playing his 360 on his macbook screen and was on live at the same time.

    does it have a vga input at the back of the monitor?
    if it has you can get a vga cable for thge 360 there only about 10 euro.
    it will give you hd quallity on you monitor
    i use one for my pc monitor with no problems what so ever.
