macrovision hack for Cyberhome DVR1600

    Does any one know how to hack this unit??? it'd make it perfect...region free, plays Divx, Xvid, Avi, Mpeg, Jpg. Great Dvr for the price.

    All you'll find at the VideoHelp.com link is region free hacks .. and this info
    This machine is the same as the ilo05 unit which has no Macrovision hacks available .. I believe that part of the problem is that there's at least 3 different chipsets for the Cyberhome1600 ..

    if you use the 1 1 8 8 code it gets rid of the copy protected warning but the copy is still affected by macrovision so just get a 20 dollar video stabilizer and BOOM it works GREAT
