hello, i wanted to know if the magic 3.1 has any pionts on the main chip(the one that has v1-7 sticker on it) that are suppost to be connected together, i have two contacts that were and i thought i might have done that by accident so i cleaned it off, if somebody can tell me if it was supposed to be there or not i can't seem to boot ps2 backup?? so if you know could ya' please tell me!!!! thanks!!
Yeah there is one point that is supposed to be bridged. On the side that has the reset point on it, if you site the chip so the reset point is on the right side. The pins 3-4 from the bottom right are supposed to be bridged. There should not be 2 bridges though, just that one.
