Hello, I sent back a copy of a movie to Netflix. Should I let them know by calling and reporting, or just mail back original in next mailer recieved? Thx.
I reported it as "wrong disk recieved" online. Got an email from Netflix "Houston we have a problem" and it says wrong disk was received and will send it back to me. Meantime I sent the disk back in a cd mailer with note to "please credit back to" and put my customer info on it
