ok i have finished installin my xecuter 2.3b lite and flashed the cromwell from the xecuter site, and it did EXATLY what it should of done,the load bar came up then the the x box reset.But then when I restarted the x box it asked for the flash again? so I put the disk in and it would no longer accept it.With no way to get the BIOS on the chip its completely useless, so I went to xecuters site and found forum thread after forum thread with people with the same problem as me, and all there questions have not been answeard? If anyone knows what is hapening or even better knows a way to fix this problem please HELP ME and then I will go to xecuters site and tell the rest how to fix the prob NO ITS NOT MEDIA I DID MAKE THE DISK CORRECTLY FLASH PROTECT IS OFF THE CHIP IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY X BOX VERSION 1.1 XECUTER 2.3B LITE THOMSON DVD ROM STANDARD HDD
Is there anyway you can just upload a completely different BIOS from the "please insert flash disk". like instead of using xecuters modified cromwell use evox. if this is impossible just say id rather know.
did you flash with the cromwell bios by any chance? if you did you aren't suppose to flash ti with cromwell you ar suppose to flash the chip with the hacked bios such as(xecuter 4981 and EvoX M7) cromwell is what alows you to flash with the hacked bios.
