make WMV's smaller

    I have a problem, I have WMV videos which broken into 4 parts
    and some range from 20MB(*4=100MB) a file to 150MB(*4=600MB) a file

    I would like a converter/compressor w/e that can not only combine the 4 files, but also Shrink them down, so the 4 files equaling 600MB's can be around 100-200MB with not so much video difference....

    I would prefer the output file ends up in WMV or AVI

    any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED

    can it make the video smaller?
    combining the 2 isn't so hard, its just I've tried a bunch of programs to shrink them, but dont really know how....

    didnt know it was spam, since the program looked like it could help, but i didnt want to pay for something that might not work...

    so that means no one can help me :(
