    HI there,

My very first post on your boards!

I have a Sony VRD-MC1 DVDirect recorder that captures video streams from a variety of sources. I'm going to mainly be using this to capture video from a video camera and I will want to edit the video on a Mac.

I captured my first video to the DVD burned by this hardware and the files on this disk are not visible on my Mac (Tiger 1.4.6). I can see the Video_TS folder when this disk is inserted on a Windows XP computer.

Does anyone have a tip on how I might make the files visible on my Mac? I'm really hoping that I don't have to get the Windows machine involved in the post production process.

    Thanks!

There is no Mac compatibility for this recorder.
