Making a clearer picture

    I've downloaded some file off Kazaa but the picture isn't very clear, it looks like the police are trying to hide the identities with little squares, can TMPGEnc clear this up, if so what to I need to select.

    I found this by searching the forum on this site.. for future reference, this is an excellent tool for finding answers to questions that may have been answered by somebody else in the past..
