Making a DVD Help

    Can anyone help please i'm trying to make a dvd i follow a few steps and then burn it but when i play it on my dvd player it won't work. Am i missinng some step i don't know about.

    This is my DVD Player
    GE Progressive scan dvd/cd player DGE105N
    It says it plays dvd cd vcd cdr/cdrw dvdr-+/dvdrw-+ mp3

    These are the steps i use
    1) convert avi to audio and video folders with winavi video converter
    2) convert dvd folder to iso with Folder 2 ISO
    3) burn to Sony DVD-r with DVD Decrypter using a Sony DVD -+/RW/-+R Rewritable drive

    Can anyone help me please

    better yet,

    1) Convert .AVI to dvd-files using VSo DivxToDvd (freeware)
    2) Burn DVD-files using Nero Burning Rom
    3) Burn at 4X only.
