MAKING A DVD MENU

    anyone no how to make a dvd menu for a downloaded movie..

    with special features and all that,,

    nero or near any program that allows you to compile footage to burn to dvd will allow you to create a menu; most even have a walk-through type system, where you pick and choose what you want. download the nero trials and go from there.
