    Hi,

I am a newbie and I would like to know how I can make a small intro movie (some animated title with audio) to put during authoring a dvd!

Is there any authoring application which has some wizard or some customable movies for that?

    Thanx in advance.

    Hi Ronobi....Welcome

I believe you want video editing software to add an intro or title to a movie. I use Adobe Premiere, and Unlead Video Studio. this has nothing to do with authoring But there are programs that will make a menu for ya when you make a DVD like Nero Recode.

    Thanx, Jetster!
Well, do Premiere or Ulead offer some customable movies/template for intro or title? I never made myself any movie by images, audio or animation, thats why I nee something ready that I can edit for own.

They both have background stills but not movies.
you have to make the intro movies yourself.

I do video capture for intro. But have not made any
    graphic video intros yet.

Thanx DiRect and Jetster. Well, I am looking for intro movies like flash intro. I have found some customized flash intros and tried to convert them to avi/mpeg with different application. But the quality is very bad specially the audio!

I have heard one application named Video Fun Box which may help with my problem. Any suggestions or other idea?

    Hi,
Yes I know you are looking for flash intro's but what kind? Like on what topic? You might want to post a request at another forums for an intro but you'll have to tell them what you want in that intro.

I would make you one but I am way too lazy lol :p!

    Regards,
    DiRect

    Thanx DiRect once again!

I am trying to have an intro which has sound + a nice video back ground (like, most of the flash intros have) with 4/5 text lines.

Well, as I told I have faced problem converting swf to avi/mpeg, I am thinking to make the intro with Windows Movie Maker 2/NeroVision Express. Just needing some good video background. Although I found some video background (mov/avi format), they are with very small resolution! Any suggestions?

Thanx for offering to make me an intro but I would like to do it myself if does not need very much effort.

    Hi,
No Problem. I would also recommend this program. It's pretty complicated but can make very good flash intro's. Also you said you found some intro's? Can you post the link, so I can see what type they are and if the resolution can be adjusted.

Try that program, and report back.

Hey also, try out this website, I haven't really downloaded any of these, you can try these if you want.
