making good quality vcd's

Hi all...I've been seeing a few people saying that TMD movies suck/bad quality, and I couldn't agree more. So can someone just tell me if it's possible (at all) to make a good quality vcd? If so please tell me how to make one, cus this is really driving me crazy! thanx, victoria

 

It is possible but SVCD format produces far better video quality than VCD. Use a program called Eazy VCD and follow this guide by ChickenMan, courtesy CD-Freaks.

Roxio video pack 5 is great,better fix those downloaded movies though before encodeing to vcd, svcd.
