    Hello Everyone,

Firstly, a Happy New Year 2009 to all. I'm not sure if I'm posting this thread in the right place, plz let me know. Ok right to my issue. I'd like to make some ISO files of some of my programs but I don't know what files to include when making the image. For eg, let's say I want to make a Photoshop CS3 ISO, do I just add all the files under adobe/photoshop folder in the Program Files folder or are there other files located in other locations on my PC that I should add?
I have NERO and DAEMON TOOLS at my disposal. Any help is appreciated. Plz excuse me if I sound like a real newbie, that's because I AM. Thanks in advance.

What kind of ISO do you want to make? If you want to make an install CD, you'll need the setup file(s).

Thanks for replying. You can call it an install CD, but what I want is to back up the programs but not having to go through the entire installation process if I do have to reinstall- like inputting serials/registration and all that. I just want to slip in the disk and everything should be done.

    Thanks.

You could make a Data CD using Nero of the install directory/folder. If that doesn't work, you'll need to burn the setup files to a disc and re-install them (using serial numbers, etc.).
