Making one dvd, from parts of three .avi's

    Is this possible?

    I have a bunch of my wife's doctors visits for the birth of our daughter, scattered on three tapes. I have captured all three vids. to hard drive, and now I want to take pieces of each .avi, creat a menu, chapters...etc., and bur one disk.

    Is this possible? I tried in Nero, but when I select all three .avi's, it only lets me create chapters in one of them, and doesn't let me delete the chapters I don't want.

    Great movie - Ferris Buehler!

    Not sure if this will work but how about merge all the avis into 1 avi using VirtualDub. Then use Nero to create a menu and chapters.
