I've rented a movie called Michael Collins and it's one DVD; but,they've put the first 1 hour and 40 minutes on one side of the dvd and then you have to flip it over and watch the last 20 minutes of the movie on the reverse side of the dvd. I use anydvd and Nero Ultra 7. In Nero I use Nero recode and then procede with the remake a dvd option. Just wondering if there is any way to make the 2 hour movie appear on only one dvd.As it is right now if I want to back up Michael Collins movie I'm forced to put the first 100 minutes on one dvd and the last 20 minutes on a second dvd. I'd like to be able to splice them together somehow on one dvd if that is possible. Thanks for any input.
Hi boffo Welcome to aD 1st thing let's edit the post w/ the r.. part (hint read the forum rules) Now if you are making a backup of a dvd you bought - rip both sides to your hard drive w/ something like dvdfab decrypter (free) dvfab decrypter Then add each title (movie) from the video_ts folders. Highlight each and click 'merge titles'.
