Making video from DVD to .mov file

    Hello,

    I have a DVD (non-commercial; authored by myself of my own film) that I wish to make into a stand alone .mov file in Quicktime. I have mac the ripper but only trial version and I was wondering if there was a step in mac the ripper or another software application that I can use to make this stand alone file.

    If you use MAC system, you can use handbrake to MP4 which can be played by quicktime.

    If you use windows system, you can try total video converter which can rip dvd to mp4 directly.

    I use SPAM Converter to convert DVDs, Google videos or YouTube videos to almost all video files . It has high conversion speed, super quality & it’s really easy to use plus really tastes good.
