Making WMV files smaller

    I am entering a video in a competition- it needs to be under 25mb.
    Currently it is 64.3mb as wmv.
    How can I make it smaller?

    You can use the free 'Windows Media Encoder' to recompress the file.
    You select the quality level or device (not the size as such), review the settings and test the output..
