Malware please help

Please help i think my laptop is infected with malware i have spent days googling to no avail. My laptop will not update any security programs or malware programs and when i use a search engine different pages come up. Is there any way of avoiding formatting my machine????

I recommend Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Google it, dl, install and scan. Good Luck, Rev
