Manual Frequencies for N*l mmds waterford

Could someone please give me the manual frequencies for the following channles on n*l mmds in county waterford (if even available) I cant pick them up on automatic scan on an itgate tgc200, I seem to be missing;

Discovery Turbo
Bubble Hits
Kiss
Smash Hits
Kerrang
MTV Base
The Box
Q
Basically all the muscic ones bar mtv one/hits/tmf and vhi

Not 100% on Waterford MMDS, but they are not available as far as I know, only on cable.

Don't have the frequencies that you are looking for but you might be able to help me. I'm in the Waterford area also and can pick up the n*l mmds signal. The problem is that I am trying to source an aerial to recieve it. I can buy plenty of aerials on the net that will do chor@s but not n*l, any ideas?

I dont think you can buy them for the ntl signal but am not sure
