Yes a typical commercial DVD will have several VOB files in the VIDEO_TS folder since they are generally no larger than 1 GB in size.

You can burn the video folder to a DVD using Nero or you can use DVD Shrink to burn with either Nero (if you have it installed) or DVD Decrypter if installed. You can also use DVD Shrink to compress the size of the files to fit on a single layer DVD or reauthor to delete unwanted items.

Nero has a free fully functioning trial at:

My signature has links to the other software and some guides.

The answer is yes and no. There can only be one VIDEO_TS folder on a DVD, but what happens is that content can be grouped under the folder. If you don't care about having a menu to select whatever it is that you want to play then it can be accomplished with DVD Shrink in reauthor mode. The titles will play sequentially.

If you want menus, then use NeroVision or TMPGEnc Author. Both have free trials although only Author 1.6 allows for saving projects, version 2 does not.

There are also commercialrograms like DVD Remake and DVD Rebuilder.
