when, i boot up my pc it says, no primary slave,no primary secondary ect.all ide are in place evrything hooked up right
reseat the power & data cables to drives & motherboard. make certain pin 1 of cable goes to pin 1 on drives & motherboard. try another ide cable. check in bios to see if ide ports are disabled. see if bios identifies the drives.
hey thanks for the help man, i went into bios did nothing for me ,,,the problem was i was having hardware conflict,so i unplugged my drives and hooked up hard drive by it self it found that,to master,then hooked up my burners and it all the sudden started working,,,,,more the less it was having hardware problems with my burners
