matrix/ evox dashboard help

    I burned slayers to cd-rw. Sometimes the get the matrix inside logo, then a dirty disc error. sometimes I get a message saying xbox is damaged. Then I reboot and everything is fine. HELPxbox boots as if there is no mod. Then I

    You said you burned it to a cd-rw? did you install it yet or are you have problems loading the the cd? what bios version do you have? you say you reboot and everything is fine, are you meaning its loading the microsoft dashboard? or the evox?

    I dunno sounds to me like a alignment issue if you get the error message of your xbox needs service.

    If you boot with the cd and get a error, then its the iso file and your boot cd that is the problem.

    Also make sure you matrix chip is in mode 2.

    your right, he most likely burned a bad iso. but it doesnt make much sense he would get the sevicing message unless he unless.......oh wait.....hes must have it in mode 3 so MS bios loads it wouldnt read evox and come up with error.yep, I stand corrected!!!
