Hey guys, I sent an e-mail to mod-chip.com about which mod chip they would recommend and the differences between Matrix Infinity 1.93 and 1.99; I told them I had a slim and that I was told 1.93 was the latest firmware Matrix Infinity released. They replied simply by stating "Matrix Infinity 1.99 is the chip we recommend that you get, it's the best chip available for the slim PS2". So, I ask you guys who might know something about this: What's the difference? - What does 1.93 lack, if anything? - What does 1.99 do better, if anything?
Well I see it on their site. I know they have come back into the scene lately about the Wii I would go with the 1.99 then seeing it is upgradeable in the future This is all news to me as they haven't been around for a few years with any new firmware.
