how do i turn off my matrix infinity
i think its hold start but not sure

 

Try doing a search in google next time - the answer's right there. Hold down start then turn on your PS2, it'll say that the chip is disabled, now press the reset button once, and it'll be disabled until you turn your PS2 off to standby mode

yep, it'll be like the chip was never there (which means you can't play your backups while it's turn off either)

 

how would you play backups online

The only chip that can play backup games online directly is the crystal chip.

 

yes i know about patching but if i turn the chip off how will i boot the back up games to go online

 

If you patch the game then you don't need to turn off the chip

 

so i only turn off the modchip if i want to play REAl games online

and i DONT have to turn to modchip off if i want to play back ups online

are you sure i dont have have to turn the modchip off with back up online as i heard people get BANNED from it with it on

 

I think you get banned when you don't patch the game. Also yes original games just turn off the chip and play away

Lol, don't you just hate it when you know you have something good coming, but it takes forever for the thing to arrive Probably a bit late but does it have the real matrix infinity in it? There's a lot of clones of MI out there...

how do you know if it is fake?

 

OK if the firmware can be updated then it'll be the real one. The fakes cannot update their firmware

 

when i bought it came with a network access disk.what are these for.how do i show a pic
