Just install the matrix infinity into a Version 7 Scph p39001 NTSC PS2 The problem is games won't load. I get the screen please load PS1 or PS2 sceen. It will however load backup DVD and Original DVD and play cds as well. Am i missing something? do I have to load something into the PS 2 ? How do I know if the chip is on? Where do I start to look to fix this.

Thaks for the reply I have the right version. I had 2 solder joints touching. I clean up the board resoldered the wires work lik a cham so far Thanks again
