I am a newbie here, so bear with me. I ripped Matrix Reloaded Disc1 using DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink on separate occasions. I used IFOEdit to split the movie using the normal settings the guide specifies. I then try to burn the disc as a DVD-Video using Nero, and I get a File Reallocation Error, saying that the file VTS_01_0.VOB is not referenced and should not be included. I even tried to burn the DVD as an ISO using ImgTools, but it did not play in my DVD player (though it did play on my computer). My question is could the file VTS_01_0.VOB be the culprit, since it is a Zero-Kilobyte file? Can I just use the ISO/UDF mode in Nero to try and burn it, or is there something I am doing wrong in the ripping process? Anyone had success burning Matrix Reloaded Disc 1 with IFOEdit and DVD Decrypter? My computer info is below. Any help would be appreciated.

    Windows XP
    256MB RAM
    2.8 GHz
    40 GB HD

    Hi hot120,
I did matrix reloaded and just used Shrink 3.0b5 to rip the main title only, removing the credits at the end, some of the audio streams and subtitles, then I burned it using Nero 6 Burning ROM. I have not been able to get Decrypter to work well with Shrink besides Shrink decrypts as well as providing re-authoring tools.

    Fasfrank,

Thanks for the reply. I am trying to retain 100% DVD quality. DVDShrink may not bve a good option for me.

Finally got it. Used the standard guides for DVD Decrypter and IFOEdit to split the movie, but I did not reduce the end sector for the IFO on Disk 1. I am using Nero V. 5.5.10.42. I was getting the 'file reallocation error' when trying to burn with the empty VTS.Vob, so I deleted it from Disk 1 and Disk 2. I also added the VTS_02_0.VOB, .BUP, and .IFO, otherwise the disk will not play on a standard DVD player. Hope this helps someone.
