matshita dvd-ram sw-9581 ok?

    i have dvd-ram burner ive heard (-) is the one that will copy anything with the right software (+) on the other hand is for only a few formats any body know ?

    -R CBR [ConstantBitRate]
    +R VBR [VariableBitRate]

    I have the Pioneer DVD-RW 104...it'll burn on any cheap media.
    The -R format is better supported
