    hi can anyone tell me how to check the firmware and to upload it if needed i have the firmware but don't no how to check my virsion i use xp

    Use Nero drive Info Tool, or Control Panel\System\Hardware\Device Manager\DVD/CD-ROM drives\Whatever your drive is called\DVD region

    In both cases you will learn region drive is set to & how many changes are left
