My dvd writer is a Matshita SW 9571. The device works fine on CD R & DVD R media but does not recognise blank DVD RW rw media. i have tried 2 different makes of DVD RW media. Any ideas please Thanks---Geoff
Hi geoff1, Your model number SW 9571 comes up Panasonic not Matshita. If it is a Panasonic, its only a -R drive not a +R. So make sure you RW media is -R. Couldn't make that model come up under Matshita. Jerry
