Mcboot ruin Modchip?

    Hi Afterdawn Users

    I'm Wondering if i could do this tutorial http://bootleg.sksapps.com/tutorials/fmcb/disc.php on my friends moded ps2 without stuffing up his mod-chip? Then take the memory card out and put it my ps2 Will that then work on my ps2? Unfortunately I'm not sure what mod he has anyway to find out? By the way we both have fat PS2.

    Any help would be much appreciated

    FMCB should not hurt a modchip in any way...other than the possibility that your friend might switch to FCMB himself after seeing how refined it is.
