mds and mdf

    I have 20 rar files each with a mds and mdf files and one sfv file. I have daemon tools and have not a clue of what I am doing. This is a first for me. I would be greatful for any help possible.
    (Instructions for dummys would be great, I have been searching for days on how to do this and I just dont understand)

    mount the .mdf files to daemon tools virtual drive and follow the .nfo instructions.
