Media Player won't open for other users

    Hello, I have Windows XP Home and 3 users. All of a sudden Media Player stopped opening for 2 users. It is only opening for the main account right now. I changed them to administrators with no luck. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

    I just did a rollback to version 10 and now I get "Internal application Error" when The other users try to open it. The master account is still working ok. Help!

    I just created a new new user account and it can't access Media Player either. Help!
