"Medium Not Present"

    I just downloaded DVD Decrypter onto my new machine but it wont backup the ripped/shrunk files. It says "Device Not Ready..Medium Not Present". Is there a setting I'm missing? Anyone know how to fix this?

    This software hasn't been upgraded in years. Is your new machine running Vista? I would doubt that Decrypter will work with the nightmare from Hell (Vista)

    Edit: You might try to use ImgBurn but it won't rip. It will build an ISO and Write it and probably will work with Vista?
