Megui low cpu usage problem

    Hopefully someone has someone has an idea of what's going on here. I'm trying to encode a blu--ray rip with MEGUI and while it is using all 4 cores of my Q6600, it's only averaging about 50% cpu usage per core. I'm averaging about 13FPS which is just pathetic for a Q6600@3.5Ghz.

    Anyone have any ideas what I'm missing here?

    Perhaps there's a bottleneck elsewhere.
    Disk I/O, free memory, etc,etc.
