Memorex DVD-R HELP!!!

    I have purschased 6 Memorex DVD-R Disks, 120 minute 4.7gb. Can anyone tell me what you can save to these. I have tried several different dvds and music videos, None which seem to want to save to this disk, why? All the dvds and music videos are the right size for the disk but it says will not fit. Im lost. Or it will say insert a rewriteable disk, depending on which player i use. So what good are these disk and what can be saved to them? Thanks for all Help....

    I do not believe your problem is with the disk but with your burn program

    merak may or may not be right. I don't know.
    But, I DO know that if you'll read through some of the different forums here, you'll find that most of the people here will advise that you use media other than Memorex. It is one of the worst you can get..........

    Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden, Sony, Fuji, Maxell all made in Japan except Verbatim.

    Make sure your firmware is up to date for your burner.
