menu codes

can anybody help i have the box, no other name on it and ive lost a lot of channels also the screen keeps freezing and then the box turns itself off and then comes back on again. But here's the bigger problem i press menu and enter 0000 nothing happens i've entered 1000s of codes but still nothing is there an over riding code of some sort as i might have changed the code when i got the box about a year ago.

 

It's Starview 2 The Box that you have, if it is the Cas System Menu you want, Menu, type 1570 on key pad - or alternatively Parental Control OK and type 2004 then press the INFO button and type 2004 again. If it is for any other function like Channel Edit etc. then the Master Password id 1668.
