I have the same problem backing up mercenaries. I dld Isobuster 1.7 and dvdgen 1.2 Is there anyone kind enough to post a quick guide? I'm no expert in backing up games....please!

 

I asked a few of the people above for the patch. Just in case. Please PM me if you have it thanks.

Will this way of getting mercenaries work on any mod chip?

 

what if i can DOWNLOAD the instructions, yet not open it, what can i do...ANYBODY please!

 

I was able to get this to work, whithout making any changes to the ISO, by using hdldumb, and hdld_svr.elf.
I have used this same method, for other games that wouldn't load properly. I haven't tried loading the file using the optical drive option, and the DVD I burned initially, but this method worked for blood rayne 2.

I followed the instructions to a T and used nero at 2x (memorex)DVD-R. It passed through the Lucas Arts Logo but the game freezes. Also, I tried the process of saving the image first using DVD Decrypter before ISOBuster but with same results.
I wonder why am I getting 1,935MB instead of 1.8GB as mentioned by other members earlier on this thread. CDVDGen created *.000, *.001 and *.lst. File.000 is 1,048,512KB while File.001 is 932,064KB respectively.
Can someone verify this?

Well, I too need some help with mercenaries. If anyone can PM on my aim at Aminontosg and give me that dvdgen.rar file it will be greatly appreciated. Until then, keep up the good work on this forum .
