Not exactly unless your PC uses a very high end recent motherboard. You can however buy switches to replace the front panel of a case (intended for running PCs with no case of course) that include a power switch, reset switch, power/HDD led and case speaker.
The power switch just joins two pins on the motherboard though so you could probably knock something up yourself.

1 bad thing has happened now though still. Im trying to reformat my computer and when it says boot from disc, press any key now, when im tapping on the keys nothing happens. But before when the computer is furst turned on I press DEL and i can enter the bios settings. IS there a way to get around this,by the way my comouter is a Mesh Computer.

Are you using a USB keyboard? For some odd reason the boot from disc prompt often only works if you use a keyboard with the old style PS/2 interface.

No problem. That baffled me when I had it too. Worse still, I couldn't even use a PS/2 to USB adapter for my keyboard because PS/2 can't power the LEDs! I had to borrow one!
