message showing as "scrambled or bad channel

    I've purchased this item 3 months ago it was working properly but yesterday the channels are not coming up!!!! only the local channels are showing plz could anyone help me.. I'm lost without my box...

    Press 'menu' enter 1570 on the remote and look down the list it brings up and you should see 'key EMU' if this is OFF go down to it and press 'OK' on it to turn it ON.
