Micro-solutions DVD Burner

    Finally bought DVDXCOPY it looks like it works but my dvd burner green light still flashs when done and will not open. like it is still running. I grab the good old paper clip and open it and the disk is still spinning. when I try and play the dvd I just copied I get Unknown disk format. When I try an browse it says disk is not formatted HELP
