I purchased the Fatal1ty Gaming Headset about a week ago. I'm constantly on ventrilo voice chat and people tell me they can hear feedback from my headset as well as my voice. so if i hold my mic down they can hear themselves talk loud and clear. they can hear my music or the sounds of my games if i use my mic. I tried to change settings but nothing seemed to work. My google search didnt help much either. So here i am... please help =/
    i'm running xp.
i have gone into the test hardware bit, while still on ventrilo and the bar is moving up and down, showing that the sound in my headphones is being picked up. and then wen i go 'next' to hear the playback the sound is just really bad echo.

can any1 please please help :(

    thanks for reading guys
    :)

Hi mate, I had this same problem only today with my Gaming Headset but I sorted it out.

This is What you need to do:

    1. Go to start control panel & double click Add Remove programs
    2. Uninstall your audio driver & restart the system
    3. Reinstall your audio driver & restart the system again
    4. Login & sort out the mic sliders or boost settings
    5. Problem should be sorted

It worked for me, Hope this helps Cheers Colin.
