Microsoft Management Console

    I'm trying to re-arrange items on my hard disk but when I try to go into this, it give me the following error message

    mmc cannot open file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DFRG.MSC.

    Could anyone help please

    your file is corrupt.... just install windows to another hdd and copy it over from it or a pc that has windows... to copy it over use safe mode :)
