I have a cd key for this software. however tried re-installing it due to the reformatting of my computer.. and it does not accept the cd key. how can i get a hold of another one without paying again? Does the fact that i use XP make a difference?
Have you contacted Microsoft for another key? We can't give out keys here, whether you own the software in question or not as it borders on piracy. I think this software would/will/can/should run on XP regardless, have you checked the specs of the program?
I do own the software and have never had a problem with the cd key until now .. i suppose Microsoft would be my best bet. I thought there might be another way because i have a distinct feeling they will push for the purchase of a new one. Thanks for the feedback though.
