Ok, I have windows xp sp 3 operating system. So this morning I decide to purchase this package from microsoft at the student discount rate. Only after I purchase it I am unable to download it. I can get to the order details page but the download button is not there. I selected to have the electronic download with the backup service. Unfortunatly the section of microsoft I need is closed. Anyone else have this problem or have any tips.
