Iv just got one of these, an i am having two problems with the keyboard, 1) when i turn the computer on it wont recoqnise the keyboard (its usb) so then i have to plug in my old one via the PS2 port then reboot, once it gets into windows the keyboard works fine i can then unplug my old one 2) The fingerprint id wont work, i have registerd my fingers but wen i go to log into i.e msn it does't work (msn just says no password in field) but i thought the whole reason of fingerprint reader is so u dont have to type your passwords in. thanks for reading my problem if you have any ideas on this please help me. P.S i have installed the software and updated the drivers thanks jonny
can you try the keyboard on another computer to see if problem follows or not? check microsoft site's faq about that keyboard.
got it working lol, i just went into bios and put a halt on keyboard errors, and also the fingerprint is working now as you could not use it on firefox, it hjas to be microsoft ie internet ex, i still cant get it working on msn tho jonny
