Hi out there to any potential helpers. I recently aquired an .iso of the Vista Ultimate x64 German edition. (please no questions on the origins) Despite numerous attempts, i have failed in burning the DVD and getting it to work. I am not a newbie who doesnt know how to burn DVD .iso files. I burned the .iso file using DVD Decrypter and also burned with Nero. Both operation were done using DVD-R and DVD+R discs. After this, when i tried playing the DVD, it just spun but did not do anything.
Since i though that this might for some reason be due to a defect in my DVD, I mounted the file using MagicIso. After executing the vistual disc, i got an error message stating that "Setup cant be executed on this version of the operating system."
I then proceeded to extracting the files from the iso using IsoBuster and wheni attempted installing, it just told me "This is not a executable Win32 application".
As far as my knowlegde goes, i have attempted everything and i would greatly appreciate any help. For those who are not sure what i ask for, my question is "Does anybody know how to start the windows vista installer despite the errors i stated above?".

Just so you know, my computer is vista certified and i have ran the vista upgrade advisor which notified me my computer is optimally compatible with all versions of vista.
