I bought a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard/Mouse off eBay for my mom for Christmas. It worked great for a few months and then the computer started acting up. Programs were randomly opening and when you tried to go online about 50 tabs would open. I figured it was a virus and then went into safe mode and tried getting rid of it. Nothing was detected and so I put it back to normal. I noticed that calculator was usually the program that opened and that there was a calculator shortcut on the keyboard. I took the batteries out and left it for a week and there were no problems. I started using the keyboard again and the problems came back. So, does anyone know how to resolve the issue. I checked google and the microsoft support page and neither had any answers. So hopefully someone has had this issue before and can help me out. Thanks.

I tried both new batteries and reconnecting the keyboard neither of which worked. Could this be a driver issue?
