Mirc Help

    When i download a movie from mirc i get an error that says You need voice (+v). Can someone tell me wat this means and wat i need to do to download a movie

    I gave up on Mirc since mine never connects to a server. Says cannot connect and tries 99 times to connect. :-(

    That means that you need to be voiced (+v). In a moderated channel on irc (+m), only channel ops and voiced people are allowed to talk. A channel op on that channel will have to give you +v

    Whoever was serving the file had limitations on who could download!
